1. Return Window
You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a refund request.
2. Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
- New, unused, and unsoiled
- In its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
3. Approved Reasons for Refund
We accept refund requests for the following reasons:
- Defective item (damaged or faulty upon arrival)
- Incorrect item (not what you ordered)
- Change of mind (item must meet all conditions in Section 2)
4. Refund Process & Timeline
1. Contact our Customer Service at +6012 800 8082 or submit a refund request online.
2. Return the item via mail to the address we provide.
3. Once received, we will conduct a quality inspection.
4. Refunds are processed within 3 business days after approval.
5. Refund Amounts
- Full Refund (100%) for defective or incorrect items.
- Partial Refund (95%) for returns due to change of mind (a 5% restocking fee applies).
- All refunds are issued to the original payment method.
6. Return Shipping
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- A prepaid return label will be provided only for returns due to defective or incorrect items.
- Elegold Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
7. Non-Refundable Items
- Items damaged due to wear and tear, misuse, or without original packaging.
- Requests made after the 7-day return window
