How Long Does It Take To Process An Order?
- it will take 1-2 Days for your order to be processed. We make every effort to fulfill your order as fast as possible.
- Do note that any order received after 5 p.m. will be processed on the next day.
- We will update you via email/WhatsApp when the order has been processed and ready to ship.
In-Store Pickup
- In-store pickup is available from Monday to Saturday (11am to 5pm) , Sunday(11am to 4pm). If you would like to collect your item outside of our usual working hours, please arrange an alternative via a call or WhatsApp.
Kota Kinabalu
- Will charge a flat rate of RM10 (Offer Free Shipping above RM500)
- Orders placed by customers outside of the delivery zone will be shipped 1-2 days after the order has been processed. Depending on destinations:

Sarawak/West Malaysia
- Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours on business days (Monday to Friday) using our reliable partner, Poslaju. While Poslaju usually estimates delivery times of approximately 2-5 business days to West Malaysia and 2-3 days from Kota Kinabalu to Sarawak, please note that occasional delays may occur. Enjoy a flat-rate shipping fee of RM10, or take advantage of free shipping for orders over RM500.
