How Long Does It Take To Process An Order?
- it will take 1-2 Days for your order to be processed. We make every effort to fulfill your order as fast as possible. Please understand we are very team of humans.
- Do note that any order received after 5 p.m. will be processed on the next day.
- We will update you via email/WhatsApp when the order has been processed and ready to ship.
In-Store Pickup
- In-store pickup is available from Monday to Saturday (11am to 5pm) , Sunday(11am to 4pm). If you want to collect your item outside of our usual working hours, please make an arrangement via call/WhatsApp.
KOTA KINABALU
- Free deliveries for orders over RM200 within our Kota Kinabalu delivery zone. Orders placed by 2 p.m. on delivery days will be delivered the same day. Deliveries occur after 5pm to 8pm.
- A flat rate of RM5 applies to orders less than RM200.
- All orders within the delivery zone will be delivered in the late afternoon / early evening.
- We will work with you to arrange a contactless delivery.

Kota Kinabalu(Outside of Delivery Zone)
- Will charge a flat rate of RM8 (Offer Free Shipping above RM1000)
- Orders placed by customers outside of the delivery zone will be shipped 1-2 days after the order has been processed. Depending on destinations:
Shipping With Box Express(Sabah Local) caters to the following locations:
- Tawau
- Sandakan
- Keningau
- Tenom
Sarawak/West Malaysia
- Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours on business days (Monday to Friday) using our reliable partner, J&T. While J&T usually estimates delivery times of approximately 2-5 business days to West Malaysia and 2-3 days from Kota Kinabalu to Sarawak, please note that occasional delays may occur. Enjoy a flat-rate shipping fee of RM15, or take advantage of free shipping for orders over RM1500.
